Welcome to the team. Here is what your first days look like and the tools you will live in.

Your tools

• Trckr, our time tracking app. You track your shift, take proper breaks, and your hours flow into payroll automatically. See the Trckr overview.
• The community, our private space for the whole team: announcements, events, help desk, and the knowledge base.
• The Academy, our training platform, for courses assigned to your role.

Your first days

1. Complete onboarding and confirm your schedule with your client and with us.
2. Install Trckr and run your first tracked shift.
3. Join the community and introduce yourself.
4. Ask questions early and often. Nobody expects you to know everything in week one.

Getting help

For technical issues, payroll questions, or anything HR related, open a ticket in the community help desk. HR tickets are private and go only to management.
