Do I get to interview the candidates?

Yes, always. We shortlist, you interview on video and make the final call. You will never be assigned a stranger.

What hours will my VA work?

Your timezone, your call. Most of our team works US or Australian business hours. Schedule and overlap are agreed before the start date.

How do I know the hours are real?

Every placement includes our time tracker with activity data and periodic screenshots during tracked time. Hours are backed by evidence, not estimates.

What if it is not working out?

Tell us early. We coach first, and if the fit is genuinely wrong we replace. Ongoing management and replacement support are part of the service.

Is my business data safe?

We recommend a password manager for access sharing, VAs sign confidentiality agreements, and tracked work is visible to you. Ask us about specific compliance needs on your discovery call.

How fast can someone start?

Typically within about a week of your final interview, depending on the role and notice requirements.
