How hiring works, from first call to first day

Hiring through Armasourcing is designed to take days, not months. Here is the path from first conversation to a working team member.

1. Discovery call

We start with a short call about the role: the tasks, the hours, the tools, and what a great hire looks like for you. You talk to a person, not a form.

2. Matching and shortlisting

We search our vetted talent pool for candidates who fit the role. Every shortlisted candidate has been screened for English, reliability, and the specific skills the role needs. You receive a shortlist with portfolio or background links so you can judge real work, not just resumes.

3. You interview

You meet the candidates on video and pick the one you want. We schedule everything around your timezone.

4. Onboarding

Once you choose, we handle the setup: contracts, tools, time tracking, and introductions. Most placements start within a week of the final interview.

5. Ongoing management

After the start date we track hours, review quality, and check in on both sides. If something is off, we catch it early and fix it. If a placement is not working out, we replace, that is part of the service.
