Troubleshooting Trckr Login and Email Codes

Trckr uses passwordless email authentication instead of passwords. When you open the application, you enter your official email address and receive a unique 6 digit verification code to sign in. Once signed in, Trckr keeps you logged in so you rarely need to repeat the process.

If you encounter issues during installation or sign in, follow these verified steps to resolve the problem.

Setting up sign in and entering your code

Signing in takes about 90 seconds during initial setup.

1. Download the installer from tracker.armasourcing.com/install and run the setup file.
2. Open Trckr on your computer and type your official @armasourcing.com email address.
3. Open your email inbox and look for the message containing your 6 digit verification code.
4. Enter the 6 digit code into Trckr to complete sign in.

If the verification email does not appear in your main inbox within two minutes, check your spam, junk, or promotional folders. Ensure your email address was typed correctly without spelling errors.

Handling Windows SmartScreen warnings

When running the Trckr installer for the first time, Windows SmartScreen may display a warning message.

This warning occurs because Trckr is a custom application, not because anything is unsafe.

To continue installation:

1. Click More info on the SmartScreen prompt.
2. Click Run anyway to launch the installer.

This prompt appears only during initial installation and will not interrupt daily application use.

When Trckr will not open or seems missing

If Trckr appears to close unexpectedly or does not open from your desktop shortcut, check the system tray.

• Check the system tray. Look at the notification area near your computer clock in the bottom right corner of your screen. Trckr usually minimises to the system tray rather than closing completely. Double click the icon to open the window.
• Reinstall if necessary. If Trckr is missing from the system tray, download and run the installer again from tracker.armasourcing.com/install. Reinstalling the application will never lose your tracked hours because all work data is stored safely on Armasourcing servers rather than your local computer.

App updates and maintenance

Trckr checks for application updates automatically whenever it starts up and every few hours during active use.

When a new version is available, an update banner appears at the top of the application window. Click Install on the banner to apply the update. Updates complete in a few seconds and do not require uninstalling the application.
