How do I apply?

Is this full time work?
Most of our placements are full time, long term roles with a single client. This is a job, not gig work.
Do I need my own equipment?
Yes: a reliable computer, stable internet, and a headset. Requirements are listed on each job posting.
When and how do I get paid?
Payroll runs on a regular schedule based on your tracked hours in Trckr. Details are covered during onboarding.
What if I have a problem with my client or my schedule?
Open a ticket in the community help desk. Schedule and time off questions go to your manager; HR matters are private and go only to management.
Can I grow here?
Yes. We promote from within, team leads and QA roles have come from the VA and CSR bench, and the Academy exists so you can level up on the clock.
