How do I earn XP and badges?
You earn XP by: posting (10 XP), commenting (5 XP), receiving reactions (3 XP), chatting (2 XP), daily login (5 XP), reading articles (5 XP), wellness check-ins (10 XP), and completing challenges (15 XP). Badges are awarded automatically when you hit milestones!
How do I use Owlet?
You can interact with Owlet by: @mentioning Owlet in any channel, using /owlet commands in chat (try /owlet help), DMing Owlet directly, or clicking the owl widget. Owlet can tell jokes, give tips, run quizzes, and more!
What is XP and how do levels work?
You earn XP by being active: posting, chatting, reacting, giving kudos, completing weekly quests, and hitting your Trckr goals. XP adds up to levels and titles, and the quarterly leaderboard crowns a champion. XP also mirrors into Hoots you can spend.
What are Hoots and the Shop?
Hoots are the Townhall currency, earned 1 for 1 with XP. Spend them in Community, Shop on titles, avatar frames, and perk rewards. Perks are real rewards, fulfilled by the team after you redeem them.
What is the quarterly champion prize?
The member with the most XP each quarter wins 2,000 pesos. Standings and days remaining show on the Leaderboard page. A new season starts every quarter, so everyone gets a fresh shot.
What are weekly quests?
Three quests rotate every Monday, things like sharing posts, chatting, reacting, or giving kudos. Track progress in the Weekly Quests card on the feed sidebar and tap Claim when one is complete to collect bonus XP.
What are announcements that need acknowledgment?
Some announcements show an Acknowledge button. Read the post, then tap the button, it records that you have seen it. Your Today card shows a reminder if any are waiting.
How do I give kudos to a teammate?
Use the Kudos button under any post, or open a teammate's profile. Pick a category and add a short message. It posts publicly and they earn XP. Giving kudos also counts toward your weekly quests.
