What is the minimum activity percentage on Hubstaff?

The minimum activity percentage is 40%. If you consistently fall below this, you'll receive a coaching notification. Focus on active keyboard/mouse input during tracked time.

How many hours should I work per day?

Standard shift is 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Your Hubstaff tracker should be running during work hours. Check your VA Dashboard for your specific target.

What tools do we use?

What are the night shift hours?

Night shift runs 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT (Philippine Time). Owlet posts a kickoff greeting at 10 PM and a goodnight message at 6 AM.

Your client has a dedicated dashboard at dashboard.armasourcing.com showing your hours, activity, and tasks. Raise a Help Desk ticket if you need your client's specific link.
