What is Trckr?

Trckr is Armasourcing's time tracking desktop app. It records your hours, activity, and periodic screenshots during your shift, and powers your payslip hours and the client reports. Keep it updated. The install link appears in the Townhall banner, or raise an IT ticket if you need it again.

Trckr is not tracking or seems broken, what do I do?

First try quitting and reopening the app, and make sure you installed the latest update. If it still misbehaves, use the Support tab inside the Trckr app (it attaches diagnostics automatically) or raise a Help Desk IT ticket.

My tracked hours look wrong, who do I tell?

Raise a Help Desk ticket with the IT category and describe which day and what you expected. The team can check the tracking data on the server side and fix real gaps.

What is My VA Portal?

Your personal performance portal with hours, QA scores, and feedback. Open it from My VA Portal at the bottom of the Townhall sidebar.
